I took a drive down to Council Grove this evening to pick up my registration packet for Run-Shunga, a 5k run.
The drive there on highway K177 was just breathtaking! Good thing I had my camera with me (I always do)
I pulled off at a scenic overlook to snap a few photos. This was my view...
What a perfect end to the day!
Cross your fingers for me tomorrow.
The run starts at 8:30 a.m and it's my first ever.
